Dans le cadre de cette proc\u00e9dure, la marque a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 MAISON CANALI, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Arles. Le site a rouvert en 2026 sous cette nouvelle direction.<\/p>

Ce que cela signifie pour vous<\/h2>

MAISON CANALI a acquis uniquement la marque THEA Jewelry. Elle n’a pas rachet\u00e9 l’entreprise qui vous a vendu votre bijou, ni repris ses engagements, ses dettes ou ses obligations commerciales.<\/p>

– Les bijoux vendus avant 2026 l’ont \u00e9t\u00e9 par l’ancienne soci\u00e9t\u00e9, pas par MAISON CANALI.<\/p>
