A Thea Jewelry jewel is a creation from A to Z, a unique piece made just for you, certified diamonds, custom setting, 18-carat fine gold frames, 925 silver, quality stones from mines that refuse child labor.

Thea is a brand committed to the environment through a variety of actions. Our packaging is made from recycled materials and we favor green shipping methods.

Once you have finalized your order, the jewel is designed by hand in our workshops and dispatched by post, all in the shortest possible time. 3 weeks' lead time. And yes, handmade takes a little time!

Our aim is to enable you to create the jewel of your dreams, which symbolizes a story, a person or a moment in your life, and which will accompany you every day.

Our jewelry is made in family-run workshops in Valence (Bellon & Fils) that embody all the brand's values, i.e. ethical and responsible.

Our Thea jewelry is totally handmade from recycled metals. You can take a look behind the scenes of our workshop in the "Workshop" front-page story on our Instagram page. @theajewelry.

You will be able to attest to the presence of the State hallmark and our Thea Jewelry hallmark inside the jewel, certifying its quality and authenticity.

Thea Jewelry is an online-only brand, so we don't have any boutiques.

However, we do hold regular pop-ups where you can come and discover Thea jewelry and the brand's designer, Emilie. Follow us on Instagram so you don't miss a thing @theajewelry. It is possible to add an accent or umlaut to your jewelry. To do this, you'll need to specify it in the comments when placing your order, and notify us by e-mail at the following address hello@thea-jewelry.com .

As the jewel is already 100% custom-made and personalized (inscription, metal, setting), we do not offer the possibility of engraving it.

Yes, it is quite possible to have your gold taken back in exchange for a voucher to be redeemed on our site. For more information, please visit our Newspaper.

You can also add a greeting card with a personalized note to your order. To do so, it is important to indicate this in the comments when placing the order. 

Yes, you can choose the gemstone(s) to set your jewelry. We offer precious stones: diamonds, black diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and semi-precious stones: champagne zircons, white zircons, red zircons, green zircons...

Precious, semi-precious and, above all, carefully selected. For your jewelry, choose from ruby, emerald, sapphire (1 mm), white diamonds (HSI quality - 1 mm) and even black diamonds (1 mm).

Yes, all our precious and semi-precious stones are natural. We do not use stones from laboratories.  

Our stones all come from ethical mines that do not use child labor.

Our rubies and sapphires come from Thailand, our Emeralds and Diamonds from India, and our Gold from Switzerland.

Deliveries & returns

In order to guaranteehe craftsmanship of your handmade jewelrywe respect a lead time of 3 weeks and delivery within 2 working days.

If you prefer, you can collect the jewel directly from the company's headquarters. To do so, please send an e-mail to hello@thea-jewelry.com to arrange a date and time to pick it up.

Your jewelry will first be packed in a protective case, then in a small Thea Jewelry bag. All our packaging is ecologically responsible. We make every effort to protect your jewelry during delivery.

Once your jewel is ready for shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery of your order.

No, once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel or modify it.

As the jewelry is totally made-to-measure and personalized, it is not possible to exchange it. However, it is possible to enlarge or reduce the size of your ring by sending it for repair, at your expense.

For jewelry from collaborations or timeless collections, it is possible to exchange (while stocks last) or return within 30 days.

As 100% is made-to-measure and personalized, it is not possible to return your jewelry. Only certain co-creations can be returned. You can find all the information in the General Terms and Conditions on the website.

If your jewel still hasn't arrived, you can check where it is in the delivery process by using the tracking link sent to you by e-mail. If this option doesn't give you more information, you can send your request by e-mail and we'll get back to you as soon as possible: hello@thea-jewelry.com .

The confirmation email is sent automatically once the order has been placed. Please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you haven't received anything, you can send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible: hello@thea-jewelry.com .

For orders placed outside the EU, shipping and customs fees will apply. Thea Jewelry has no control over the latter. If you have any questions about customs regulations, please contact your local customs office.

Warranty, repair & maintenance

Each piece of jewelry comes with a 2 years and for life for orders after 01/02/24. This warranty covers production faults such as: broken chain, broken ring, faulty setting, faulty gilding...

We do our utmost to guarantee the quality that will enable you to keep your jewel for life. However, if you have a problem with your jewel, please contact our customer service department at hello@thea-jewelry.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't panic, Thea Jewelry allows you to shrink or enlarge the size of your jewel.

Yes, it's entirely possible to have the jewelry cleaned at Thea, at your own expense. If not, we advise you to order our cleaner What Matters.

You can send an e-mail with your request to hello@thea-jewelry.com and we'll try to find a solution as soon as possible.

Skin PH varies from person to person. Some people have very acidic skin, which can affect the shine and quality of the jewel. For others, the jewel will remain intact. Unfortunately, this is an unpredictable element that we can't do anything about.

It's important to take off your jewelry when performing certain tasks: using household products, going to the beach or swimming pool, for example... these chemical agents could damage your jewelry.

You can also order our What Matters "Let it Sparkle" cleanser to care for your jewelry and restore its shine.

Payments & privacy

We offer payment by credit card, Bancontact with QR code, ApplePay, IDeal, as well as deferred payment +30 days or 2, 3 or 4 times free of charge.

 Only personal data provided voluntarily by the user are collected.

This personal data is kept, for a limited time, in a computer file that THEA JEWELRY reserves the right to use or market with the express consent of the user.

THEA JEWELRY undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the user's personal data, in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties.

Personal data may, if necessary, be communicated at the request of the judicial authorities or the police, without the prior authorization of the holder.
