ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
Bellon & fils (hereinafter Thea Jewelry, the company's brand name), with share capital of €225,000, registered in the Romans sur Isère Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under no. 313 720 906, with registered office at 42 rue Carl Von Linné 26500 Bourg-lès-Valence, France, intracommunity VAT no. FR54313720906, landline 04 26 99 72 73, previously owner of the website available at www.thea-jewelery.com.
The present document (General Sales Conditions) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, any person browsing the site www.thea-jewelry.com, hereinafter referred to as the user, and on the other hand THEA JEWELRY, registered with the BCE under number 0898 355 897, and whose registered office is located at Rue Engeland 555 - 1180 Brussels - Belgium.
Consequently, by accessing and using the www.thea-jewelry.com website, the user agrees to abide by all the conditions of use described below. The user is informed that these conditions may be updated at any time. You should therefore consult this page regularly to take note of any changes that may be made.
Any person who is incapacitated, in particular within the meaning of Article 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, may not in any way purchase from this site.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDERING
The products offered for sale on the www.thea-jewelry.com website are 14-carat gold jewelry (yellow, pink, white) (after 01/02/2024 gold jewelry is manufactured in 18-carat), silver or vermeil jewellery made to order by the designer Emilie Duchêne.
The characteristics of the jewels are predefined as much as possible on the website www.thea-jewelry.com on the web page of each product (typographies, illustrative photographs...), which allows the user to know, before the final order is taken, fake patek philippe twenty the essential characteristics of the jewelry ordered. The user acknowledges that his acceptance is made in consideration of these descriptions. Any dispute concerning the nature of the item must be referred to the product description.
The ordering process is as follows:
Selection of items and their essential features ;
Add to basket ;
Validation of basket contents ;
Login to www.thea-jewelry.com, if not already logged in;
Choice of delivery method ;
Choice of payment method and acceptance of terms and conditions ;
Payment confirmation ;
During these various stages, the user can view the details of his order and its total price, as well as correct any errors, before confirming it.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and renunciation of any other. All data supplied at the time of the order and the confirmation thereof shall constitute proof of the transaction.
Once the order has been validated on the site, the user acknowledges that his acceptance is a firm and irrevocable commitment: the sale is considered complete, and the price is immediately due by the user. The user then has no right of rectification, exchange or return (particularly in the event of a size or text error).
Thea Jewelry then sends an e-mail confirming the order. This e-mail only confirms receipt of the order by Thea Jewelry.
Once the order has been confirmed, it takes approximately 3 weeks for each item to be created. Thea Jewelry sends an information email to the user when each piece of jewelry has been created. None of these emails constitutes acceptance of the order. No sales contract is formed between the parties until Thea Jewelry sends confirmation by e-mail that the products ordered have been dispatched to the user, and only the products listed in the dispatch confirmation e-mail constitute the subject of said contract.
Thea Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a user with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or who presents any form of risk in its eyes.
Thea Jewelry undertakes to honour orders received on its website only within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of one or more items ordered, the company undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible and, where applicable, to reimburse the user within 45 days of payment of the sums paid. The user's order will then be automatically cancelled.
All prices quoted on the www.thea-jewelry.com website are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
The prices of items offered on the www.thea-jewelry.com website are valid for 24 hours from publication on the website. Items are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.
The price is only payable in full, in a single instalment.
Items remain the property of Thea Jewelry until full payment has been received.
Thea Jewelry makes every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on its site are accurate, but errors do occur. If an error is found in the price of the goods the user has ordered, one of the members of Thea Jewelry will inform the user as soon as possible by e-mail and give the user the choice of reconfirming the order at the actual price or cancelling it.
Payment is due by the user immediately after placing the order. The user then proceeds to pay for the order via the Stripe system. The order will be processed upon receipt of Stripe approval, in accordance with the procedure described in article 4.
An electronic invoice can be provided by the site. In this case, the user must specify the e-mail address to which the invoice is to be sent.
VAT payment conditions:
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices displayed on the site include VAT at the Belgian rate.
- Shipment to Belgium:
Individuals and companies: the sale includes VAT at the Belgian rate of 21%.
- Shipment to another European Community country:
Individuals: the sale includes VAT at the Belgian rate of 21%.
Companies: sales are exclusive of VAT (provided a valid intra-Community VAT number is supplied).
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS
The site has chosen to receive credit card payments via the secure payment system, which encrypts all information relating to the use of the card during the online payment operation via the site.
The following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, ApplePay, Alma or American Express. The online payment page asks users to enter their card number, expiry date and security code (3-digit number on the back of the card).
The site cannot be held responsible for the consequences of credit card use (fraudulent or otherwise) by third parties, including through intercepted messages.
When the order is complete, the user is redirected to the secure site for the full payment transaction. This mechanism guarantees the confidentiality of payment data (in particular credit card numbers), as the site is never privy to the user's credit card number, which the financial institution receives in encrypted form.
Once the payment has been accepted and confirmed, the selected payment platform verifies and executes the payment.
The transfer of ownership of the product takes place only after full payment of the product price, regardless of the delivery date.
The transfer of risk takes place when the product is delivered to the user, if the user is a private individual (consumer as defined by the Belgian law of April 6, 2010 on market practices and consumer protection).
In the case of sales to professionals, the risk of loss is transferred to them as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
The date indicated on the delivery document is valid proof of the delivery date.
ARTICLE 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As jewelry sold on the www.thea-jewelry.com website is made to order, the manufacturing time for jewelry ordered on the site is approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation. The Thea Jewelry company sends an e-mail to inform the user when the jewel has been made.
After this email, the order is prepared and shipped by Thea Jewelry as soon as possible, up to a maximum of 45 days from product completion (subject to payment validation). A new e-mail is sent to the user when the parcel is dispatched by Thea Jewelry.
We deliver all over the world.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user during the order process.
Delivery is handled by DHL for all countries.
Fees are free of charge.
Products are only delivered during the 5 working days of the week. Users are informed that orders placed on the site on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery takes place within :
- 1 to 2 working days for Belgium and France
- 2 to 10 working days for the rest of the world
These times are given for information only.
Thea Jewelry declines all responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered products or strikes due to postal or transport services. In such cases, the user must take the appropriate steps directly with the postal service or carrier.
To ensure their perfect condition and safety during transport, all products are carefully packaged by Thea Jewelry in accordance with applicable standards. It is imperative that the user check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.
Any problem concerning the delivered articles (damaged articles, missing articles, broken article, defective article...) must be notified to the Thea Jewelry company within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof) and express all reservations or complaints concerning the non-conformity or defect of the articles by e-mail (contact@thea-jewelry.com) and by letter with acknowledgement of receipt to :

ARTICLE 7 - RETURNS
In accordance with the Belgian law on market practices and consumer protection of April 6, 2010, as the goods sold on the www.thea-jewelry.com website are made to the consumer's personalized specifications, the consumer does not have the right to cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal), the right of return or the right to exchange products.
Once the order has been validated on the site, the user acknowledges that his acceptance is made in full consideration of the description of the jewel, the object of the sale, and that it constitutes a firm and irrevocable commitment. The sale is then considered complete, and the price is immediately due. From that moment on, the user has no right of rectification, exchange or return (particularly in the event of a size or text error). For non-personalized items (in the Ready To Wear tab), there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Each piece comes with a 2-year warranty, and a lifetime warranty for orders placed after 1/2/24. If anything happens to your jewelry during this period, we will be happy to take care of the repair. Please contact our after-sales service at hello@thea-jewelry.com for information on the return procedure.
Your jewel will be returned to you free of charge within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt.
If your jewel is no longer under warranty, we can of course repair it for you.
Repair prices are as follows:
Jewel with 1 to 3 diamonds missing: €50 excluding transport
Twisted jewel: €40 excluding transport
Jewel broken between chain and letters: €40 excluding transport
Jewel broken between letters: €40 excluding transport
These prices are indicative only. We reserve the right to modify the repair price if your jewel is too damaged.

NB: Your package remains your responsibility until it is received by Thea Jewelry. For your security, we suggest that you send your parcels via a carrier that allows you to track your parcel to avoid any inconvenience. We also recommend that you send your jewelry via a postal service that insures your package for its value. Please note that no additional customs fees will be paid by Thea Jewelry.
Thea Jewelry cannot be held responsible for the delay or non-execution of the order if this is due to a technical cause or any other cause beyond its control. In this case, the site is entitled to delay transport and delivery, or to cancel the order.
Under no circumstances can the company be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any other event qualified as force majeure.
The content available on the www.thea-jewelry.com website is displayed without any guarantee of accuracy. Thea Jewelry shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom, including direct or indirect damages, or loss of use resulting from the use of the site.

If a condition is not met, it will be governed by the procedures for distance selling companies based in Belgium.
The present conditions apply for the duration of the online services offered by Thea Jewelry.
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Thea Jewelry and its partners under reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the transactions arising from them are governed by and subject to French law.
