Vous souhaitez faire une bonne action en achetant un produit super sympa ? KISANY, marque belge engagée, et Thea s’associe pour vous proposer 2 indispensable de votre été 2022!
KISANY is a Belgian brand of hand-embroidered household linen that combines quality materials, constantly renewed design and unrivalled craftsmanship.
A highly committed brand, KISANY's mission is to train African women heads of household in Goma, DR Congo, and Kigali, Rwanda, in high-end handicrafts, providing them with work and empowering them. Thanks to their work, these women are able to regain their lives, their dignity and enable their families to develop in a better environment.
Sharing these values and this commitment to solidarity, Thea Jewelry is proud to be able to collaborate with this magnificent brand and offer two co-designed kits.
Available in 2 colors, these kits are inscribed "Madame Rayonne", a symbol of good vibes, joy and self-love. When you open the case, you'll discover that the interior is lined with a summery patterned fabric, giving it that little punchy edge.
It takes a total of 15 hours to make a kit.
We would like to thank our wonderful embroiderers for their magnificent work:
- Odile 29, 3 children married
- Justine 38, 6 children married
- Esther 46, 4 children married
- Gisèle 33, 2 children married
- Espérance 43 years old, 5 children widow
- Louise 56 years old, 4 children woman living alone
- Ishara 26, single
- Jeannette 53, 9 children married
The big advantage of this collab: its commitment.
With KISANY, we have decided to donate 50% of sales profits to EN AVANT LES ENFANTS (EALE), an ASBL partner, as part of their Agro-ecology training program run by partner HAD asbl in Goma, Republic Of Congo.
The aim of this training program is to help girls/mothers aged between 16 and 25, who are responsible for a large number of people, to get out of the extremely precarious situation in which they find themselves, by enabling them to acquire basic skills in market gardening, grafting, planting, beekeeping and raising hens and rabbits. This 6-month training course is aimed at community recovery through income-generating activities.
These two kits can be found on our website in the " Co-creations " !
